Kerry is a native Utahan, but she still finds the state’s dramatic landscapes breathtaking. She fell in love with southern Utah’s plants, animals, geology and recreational opportunities as a child when her parents bought a house in Rockville. She is passionate about protecting this magnificent landscape and our environment long into the future and invites local citizens to join her.
Kerry has an extensive network of local contacts from her service as chair of the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. George Planning Commission, and from facilitating strategic planning for many area non-profits, including CSU. During the CSU facilitation she was inspired to become involved with environmental advocacy. In 2020 she joined the CSU board.
As the Chief Development Officer for Intermountain Healthcare’s Southwest Region for 30-plus years, Kerry directed institutional advancement for three area hospitals including Intermountain’s St. George Regional Hospital. She brings this high-level experience with development to CSU where she has designed more meaningful and effective ways to work with our supporters.
Kerry is a graduate of the University of Utah and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis.
