Kathleen joins the CSU board following a full career in community building, qualitative analysis of the cost benefit of grant and government funded programs, and nonprofit management. She served as Executive Director of the Colorado Association of Transportation Agencies and most recently at the Affordable Housing Management Association whose members developed and managed housing for low-income single parents, seniors, the homeless and the chronically mentally ill.

Kathleen is active in the local community and has already served on several boards and committees since leaving Colorado for St. George in 2018. Within her own HOA, Kathleen is currently working on the installation of rain sensors for a community of hundreds of homes and an 18-hole golf course. Kathleen is passionate about low-cost solutions to water conservation.

Kathleen graduated from St Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana with a BA and attended University of Georgia’s Master of Social Work program.
