(Date TBD) Planting baby Joshua Trees in Beaver Dam Wash NCA
January 1, 2023
Date and time still TBD. Conserve Southwest Utah cares for the plants, animals and cultural resources of the Beaver Dam Wash National Conservation Area. We’re committed to bringing the desert back to life in habitat restoration plots designed to heal land devastated by wildfires. These plots are located in critical habitat for the threatened Mojave desert tortoise.
In Winter 2023, we’ll be planting baby Joshua trees in the Beaver Dam Wash restoration plot. The Bureau of Land Management has not selected a final date for this project, but please click here to let us know you’re interested and to reserve a space.
Thank you!
